MIDDLE BLOCKER

A national
team player, he formed part of the last 3 processes undertaken by Javier Weber
and Julio Velasco. In the National Youth Team, he played in Morocco 2007, when
the team ranked 4th. Also, he participated in the 2009 Men's Junior Volleyball World Championship in
Pune
(India), when Argentina won the bronze medal. Born on June 12,
1989, in Rosario, Santa Fe, he gained extensive experience in national and
international clubs, including Rosario Sonder (2008/10 - ARG), Villa María
(2010/11 - ARG), Bolívar (2011/13 – ARG), Vibo Valentia (2013/14 – ITA),
Personal Bolívar (2014/15 – 2015/2016 – 2016/2017). He has recently
participated in his second Olympic Games (he also took part in London 2012) and
has had an outstanding participation in the Argentine National Team in Río
2016. Some of his titles worth highlighting are: Silver Medal 2006 Youth South
American Championship; Bronze Medal 2009 Youth Italian Championship; Bronze
Medal 2009 Men's Junior World
Championship
, India; 2012 Challenge Cup Champion; 2012 Master Cup
Champion; 2014 ACLAV Cup Champion; 2015 Master Cup Champion. His greatest
achievement in the Argentine Seniors’ National Team was the Gold Medal won at
the Toronto 2015 Pan American Games, after defeating the local team. Blocking
and quick attacking are his greatest strengths;
Champion of the Pan American Cup 2017,
being chosen in the ideal team. He was part of the ideal team of the Betim Club
World Cup 2016 and the South American Monte Claros 2017. ACLAV Award, best middle
blocker in the last season 2016/17.
