The
captain is prepared to play his 5th season with the blue shirt.
He
is an authentic symbol. A winner, by nature. Commitment, leadership, guidance,
experience and professionalism. This is what the return of Leonardo Patti to
the eagles, at the age of 38, represents. After playing last league in La Unión
de Formosa, he is getting ready to play his third season with the club’s
colors. In the club’s shirt, the “Warrior” was champion in 2003/2004 (a
teammate of Rodrigo Martínez, who is today assisting Javier Weber in the team)
and runner-up in 2004/2005. 2016/2017 will be his 20th season
playing the National Club League. He will set a record in the history of
Argentine volleyball.
He
has played in Vélez Sarsfield; UBA; Málaga (Spain); Rosario Sonder;  Gigantes del Sur, UPCN San Juan Vóley, Lomas
Vóley, Ciudad Vóley, and his latest club was La Unión de Formosa.
He
played eight League finals and was a champion with Personal Bolívar, Rosario
Sonder and UPCN. As part of the National Team, he participated in Sydney 2000
Olympic Games (was a teammate of Javier Weber, who is today his coach in
Personal Bolívar), Athens 2004 and the 2002 Men’s Volleyball World Championship
in Argentina. Patti was designated captain to bring his experience and team
spirit.
