In the recent years Łomacz has established himself as
one of the best Polish setters, so it seems logical that he finally joined the
best Polish club in the XXI century. Moving to Belchatow after three years in
Gdansk and another three in Lubin with the clear aim to substitute Nico Uriarte
would not have been easy for any player, but the 30-year-old from Ostrołęka,
who started career playing for MOS Wola Warszawa (one of the best volleyball
school for young players in Poland) seems perfect replacement for the
Argentinian.

While
2005 CEV U19 European Championship gold medal still remain  the only gold
medal in Grzegorz's career, he hopes to fill his tropee cabinet during his
spell at Belchatow. There were some great tournaments for him (he won silver
medal at Univeriade in 2013 and bronze during FIVB World Cup 2015 with national
team, and added one Polish Cup and Supercup), but the top place finish in
Polish PlusLiga still remains to be won.
